Cancellation & Refund Policy

BLUESCALAR TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ("we," "us," "our"), operating the brand PrintEasy, provides a digital platform that enables customers to place print orders at partnered print shops in India. This policy outlines the terms related to order cancellations and refunds.

Non-Cancelable & Non-Refundable Orders

Once an order is placed through PrintEasy and payment is successfully made, the order cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances. Printing services are initiated instantly and scheduled for processing at the designated print shop.

Exceptions to Non-Refundable Policy

• Printing Defects or Errors: Eligible for a reprint if there is incomplete printing, misalignment, or poor print quality caused by the print shop.
• Non-Fulfillment by Print Shop: If the print shop fails to fulfill the order, a refund request can be initiated after verification.
• Double Payment Errors: If a customer is charged twice due to a technical error, the excess amount will be refunded within 7 business days.

No Refund for Customer Errors

• Incorrect document uploads by the customer.
• Incorrect selection of print options (e.g., paper size, color, duplex mode).
• Failure to collect the printed order from the print shop.

Refund Process & Timelines

• Refund requests meeting the exception criteria will be reviewed within 3 business days.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

Limitation of Liability

PrintEasy, operated by BLUESCALAR TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, is an intermediary platform connecting users with print shops. We are not responsible for the quality of service provided by print shops beyond the agreed resolution process.

Compensation, if applicable, will not exceed the order amount paid by the customer.
